RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
• We offer a hassle-free 10-day return and exchange window (from the date of delivery) for all artisanal products purchased at standard price.
• Items are only eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange if they are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Sales & Discounts: Items purchased during promotional events are eligible for Exchange Only (same or higher value).
• Custom Orders: All custom-made sizes and personalized textile orders are final and non-returnable.
• Damaged/Defective Goods: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with a short unpacking video at care@beyondthreads.in.
